Shaping Tomorrows Leaders, One Day at a Time

Braden Welcomes a Future Leader for ‘Boss of Tomorrow Day’

Yesterday, Braden had the pleasure of handing over the reins—briefly but meaningfully—to a very promising young leader. As part the inspiring initiative ‘Boss of Tomorrow Day 2025’ by JINC, our CFO, Wesley Haagmans, stepped aside to make room for Boaz, a 14-year-old student from Broeklandcollege.

For one day, Boaz experienced life at the top—exploring what it means to lead, contribute to real business projects, and make impactful decisions. He had the opportunity to shadow executive responsibilities and gained hands-on insight into the diverse career possibilities our industry has to offer.

At Braden, we are proud to support initiatives like JINC’s, which open doors for young people, foster equal opportunities, and bring the leaders of tomorrow one step closer to realising their dreams. It’s more than just a day in the office—it’s a step toward a more inclusive and empowered future.

We’re inspired by Boaz’s curiosity, enthusiasm, and potential, and we can’t wait to see where his journey takes him next.

What JINC has to offer

Business partners that collaborate with us help young people from socioeconomically disadvantaged neighbourhoods. This in itself is a beautiful goal. However, collaboration with JINC has a lot more to offer.

Our motto is ‘Everyone grows with JINC’ for a reason. Through our projects, children are better prepared for the future, professionals gain pleasure and satisfaction from sharing their experience with them, and our business partners get a chance to put their social ideals into practice.

Last but not least, a partnership with JINC is fun and easily accessible. We have plenty of experience with companies where the working language is English.
